So begins March, after a non-existent 29th day of February. And, in keeping with the idiosyncrasies of Savannah winters, it is 75 degrees and raining. Go figure. There's only a week and a half to go in this, my second to last semester at SCAD. Probably because we are finishing in the middle of the week, the end seems abrupt, and yet too far away. Nearly all work has been completed for all my classes, with only a final image for the back cover of my portfolio to go. That's okay though, because this weekend is the debut of my first self-choreographing duet with Sam Collura. We'll be performing this Saturday in the Desoto Hilton ballroom, for ONE NIGHT ONLY! Judging by the standing ovation before the dress rehearsal was even done, I say it's going to be a smashing success, and I will have footage to post. Also, because I can't resist my little ones, here's Casper and Rufio taking their first bath, and perhaps last, if Casper (the grey one) has anything to say about it. And here is Rufio toweling off. He's so pampered.
