Happy 2014 everyone! I hope you all had lovely holidays. I'm excited to be back at my artwork, and have some new work to show off, as well as some in-progress work and upcoming shows. Did you see the preview above on my Facebook page? The latest in the "Sexy" series will be premiering later this week on both my Facebook and Society6 pages. A variant of the "Sexy" series, "Tous Femme" #1 and #2 are available on Society6. And just in time, because there is free shipping on all my products till midnight on January 15. Just click HERE for your promo code. In preparation for my cousin's first baby, I spent the last days of 2013 painting my most recent mural, "Owlovely" in little baby Hayden's room. I'm also opening up my freelance business to include murals, so if you have a room that needs something original and exciting, please contact me through email or form. Last but not least, some preliminary character sketches for the leader of the Wulfgard in my upcoming graphic novel series. It's still in development, but I hope to show you more finalized characters as time goes by.
Just so you know, there is another First Friday show in the works for sometime this early spring. As that progresses, I'll let you know, and hopefully you'll be able to make it out for some great art. Have a good rest of your week, and be sure to Like me on Facebook!

As the title would suggest, much is happening in Elizabeth-land. First and foremost, the Cedar Bluff mural is complete. Here's a picture, but it's best to view it in its original glory and wonder how I ever managed to paint this while twelve feet off the ground. Also on the horizon, this Saturday and Sunday I will be part of Art in the Park. I will be stationed at the Campbell Station Park, the one by the library, and there I will draw all weekend, and after a week, there will be a gallery show with the pieces I created there. Everyone is invited to come out and see all the amazing artwork being created. I might even have some swag for those who stop by. :)
With an auspicious number like 13, I thought to look towards the future, to a time when I'm more assured, more successful, a time when my hair finally does grow back to its former long glory.
Finally reached ten sketches, couldn't manage to do it in as many days, but I'll get better. :) Enjoy some coffee house guitar
